I completed my LLB degree through the University of South Africa in 2012, and was admitted as an attorney in 2013, after I completed my articles.

In the next five years I gained extensive experience in Criminal law, Family Law, Labour law and litigation.

I was admitted as a conveyancer in 2018 and as such started to do conveyancing alongside the other work that I did. I really enjoyed conveyancing and decided that I want to focus all my energy and resources on this part of the law.

In 2021 I entered the corporate world of conveyancing by joining a corporate conveyancing firm to gain more conveyancing experience. I soon realised that I prefer having a closer relationship with my clients than what the corporate world dictates.

In 2023 I met and worked with Tersia Prinsloo, and we decided to establish a new law firm Ninaber Prinsloo Inc which was incorporated in November 2023.

I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. I strive to maintain strong personal relations, communication and efficiency in every aspect of my work.

My hobbies include horse riding, training and breeding. I also enjoy spending time in nature.

After completing my BLC LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria in 1991 I started working as a Prosecutor at the Johannesburg Magistrates Court for 2 years. Thereafter I completed my articles at the State Attorneys in Johannesburg and was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1996.

I was employed as a conveyancer at various law firms, such as Van Ryneveld Seforo Inc, Barnards Inc, Snymans Inc and Jay Mothobi Inc in and around Johannesburg and in 2005 I entered into a Partnership under the name Baldwin Prinsloo Attorneys and soon thereafter carried on as a Sole Proprietor at the firm.

In 2023 I relocated to the Southern Cape where I met and worked with Adele Ninaber and we decided to establish a new law firm Ninaber Prinsloo, which was incorporated in November 2023.

Whilst working in Johannesburg I attended the Johannesburg Deeds Office on a daily basis and acted as correspondent for registrations for various law firms. I was appointed to the Examination Panel for Conveyancing for the Gauteng Legal Practice Council for the period 2022 to 2023. I am also admitted as a Professional Associated Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession since May 2021.

My hobbies include traveling and discovering all that the Cape has to offer as well as hiking and choir singing.

With over a decade of legal experience, I bring a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to my role as a Conveyancing Secretary at Ninaber Prinsloo Incorporated. My career began in litigation, but since transitioning to property law in 2021, I’ve honed my skills in conveyancing. I enjoy the challenge of navigating the complexities of property transfers and ensuring no detail is overlooked. My goal is to make the process seamless for clients, blending professionalism with a personal touch to ensure they feel confident and supported throughout.

Originally from the bustling city of Pretoria, I’ve embraced a quieter lifestyle here in the scenic Garden Route. Being closer to nature has inspired a calm and grounded perspective that I bring to my work. Outside of the office, you’ll often find me tending to my garden, appreciating butterflies, or spending time with animals. These moments of connection to the natural world reflect the empathy and care I strive to bring to every client interaction.
